Paypal ID Verification to Withdraw needed !

Hi all , I have a friend that has a paypal with 436$ in it , this is his message "Paypal did held my money for 160 days , after that they did send me a message and told me that i have the ability to withdraw the funds, I used vpn " diffirent countries " when i did open the paypal account now they got suspicious and they are asking me proof of the adress , which i did not have since all the information in the paypal are fake ! I sended a photoshop ID a year ago and they did confirm it now they only ask for proof of adress! I didn't link any vcc or vba in the paypal , i need someone to help me to withdraw the money! I'll give 50% of the money who will help to withdraw the money. In the paypal balance are $436 now. I will expect my payout to be in BTC! Thanks in advance peace" pm me for his skype
