PayPal help

Hi, I have a verified PayPal account and went to buy something today but I'm having a problem. Please see the following images:





From the looks of it my account hasn't been "Limited" but it doesn't look very good, does anyone know what's going to happen?

Can you provide a screenshot of the documents or information PayPal wants from you? that will be help understand what's happened to it better.

They just want Passport/Medicare/Birth etc., my account is already verified as you can see (Credit card) and doesn't appear to be limited which gives me hope but that's also what confuses me.
