Paypal help?

hey bhw,
Paypal is giving me a headache.

So i am using paypal to receive payments from clients ( web design and shopify store creation) Also sell few eBooks and a software.

PP asked me to give business info as in my country it is mandatory (India). I have a registered company and provided every legit document.
After 10-12 days they asked me more govt proofs i submitted that as well.

Now as a surprise , they are still not convinced and want the details of my transactions. I am ready to give all the details but when i go to resolution center it still shows under review and few days ago they asked me for Review online acceptable use policy that is showing completed. I am now completely lost where should i go to put the details about the transactions they asked details of. Also they have limited my account to receive or withdraw any payments.

Any idea where i can go or what i can do ?

And pp support is shit,they dont respond.

PayPal is shit. Just move on to another payment processor.

Which one you suggest. As most of the people pay via paypal. It will be lost of business.
And i am not sure if i can accept paypal payments without pp account.?

There are many like Stripe, 2checkout and others. You can search around this forum and you will find. Or you can even buy stealth paypal account.

Use 2checkout or braintree instand. Even if you resolve this problem, there wil be next and next and next .... It's how it is with paypal :/ Unless you have pretty big trusted site, they're a headache

They're a migraine for everyone including me. They're just being used for the sake of global transfers, especially IM oriented. Hope a better payment method revolutes

yes , i thought of 2co.. but i read somewhere they do not accept ebooks. (not sure about this)

I hope so too..

How much money they hold? If this is tolerable then i suggest consider on moving on. I will repeat what other says.... "PP is #$@?
