Paypal help... Would rather not use a content locker.

Hey everyone.

Currently I'm in the process of starting up my whitehat business. So far, everything is going good.

Right now I'm waiting to hear back from 2 companies that I wish to partner with. Before they contact me, I'd like to change the way my site will bring in revenue. Content Locking is generally frowned upon I'm starting to realize.

At the moment... I'm using a paypal content locker. The user would "donate", and then the page would unlock, and they could get what they want.

Is it possible to disregard the content locker, and just put a paypal "Buy Now" button? After the user purchases through my paypal, can I put the information that they need on paypal?

Example:
1. They click my "Buy Now" paypal button on my site.
2. They put their information in and purchase
3. Instead of immediately redirecting, the password they are looking for will show up on paypal after payment.

E-Junkie is just what you're looking for. You can store the password or whatever you're selling in a text file and upload that to your e-Junkie account. Once the purchase is made via Paypal or CC or any other payment processor, the download link of the file is emailed to the buyer. It's pretty neat.

Thanks for the help guys. I'll look into these options. Not only does content locking look sketchy... but I'd rather not be affiliated with ******* if I don't have to be lol.

And yes it is through a wordpress site.
