Don't be afraid of chargebacks, if you have legitimate proof of your end sales and keep all your conversation logs with the buyer on hand then you can submit these documents (up to 6 per message) to Paypal directly using the Resolution Center and usually they'll side with you.
Also on your website/landing page/checkout always always always include specific legal terms describing the end sale of your product and your return/refunds policy in INK/text. That way you can link your checkout page as additional evidence for Paypal to read over so they get an idea of what the buyer had available to him when deciding to purchase your product.
Paypal has their side of thievery and blatant stealing, but they are also sometimes fair to legitimate businesses. I like to think of Paypal as a Great White Shark. Truly unpredictable, and when hungry, it will devour anything, but when satiated it can be as harmless as a pet.
