Dispute with paypal is impossible to avoid if you run an SMM panel...
Just look at Followiz, they have a lot of angry customers that chargeback in a daily basis, they even have been forced to disable paypal for some weeks because of this issue
If you run an smm panel ,just avoid paypal or provide a high quality service that always work ...
