The only time I have had one of my accounts limited was about 4 months ago. It was in my fiance's name. I had about $4,000 in there that I was trying to get out. They wanted all the regular information, proof of this and that.
Anyways I sent them the information. After I sent the information, I waited one day and then sent them an email asking what they were going to do, because I had already found a group of people that were hiring a lawyer to go after loss funds. After I sent that email...
1. I got access to the account right away.
2. They have never messed with that account again, and I push quite a bit of money through it.
Everything was legit and they had no reason to suspend my account, they were just being regular ''paypal d-bags" but I complied with their rules and just gave them an extra push.
If it is your information on the account, I suggest that you comply with what they want and call them or email them asap. If it is not your account or you did anything illegal, I would just leave it alone.
