Well a friend of mine was having the similar problem, and since I needed to make sure it wouldn't take that much time for the money to transfer I called them, the guy said that they are doing somewhat frequent checks to verify that accounts are not stolen. So if you call and verify your identity over the phone that can speed up the process for sure!

Mail them with copies of all the documents and necessary details.
    Give them a call.

    This will definitely work.

why not use plimus which have paypal installed or google checkout? Or use better still use your own merchant account get a few mcafee secure site logos on there to show you have "trust" and then count the money. You will have so much freedom compared to using companies such as paypal which will hold your money for whatever the fuck reason for.
When you dealing with paypal call them up and talk to their bullshit review specialist and if you feel you get no where talk to there supervisor and ask for his/her name and record the call, and try and ask for upper management, they will probably give you the push over and say we cannot do that. So you have to go on Google and find that.
If paypal gives you the bull$hit parts way email they will keep the money + interest which they gather for 180 days, you can then email them and if they state account is cannot appeal then you just take them to the small claims court and build a case against them. However if you are doing something which is illegal then its your own fault, but if you doing something which is legal then you can win them, they will generally back down and resolve the problem out of court.

I sold a 2 custom built computer years ago on ebay. The buyers paid $2800 (2 separate buyer accounts, but same address) i didn't pay attention to the shipping addresses. One day i checked my paypal account and both of those transactions was frozen. To make a long story shorter. The buyers claimed i shipped bricks and had photos of bricks in the box and everything. I Tied and tried to tell paypal i was being scammed but, they sided with the buyer and gave them their money back so i was out $2800 + my account was closed with $300 extra dollars in it after they gave back the money and i never seen that $300 again. paypal never sent me a check for the remaining balance on that account, so i was out $3100.

About 2wks after all this, i looked and seen what those scum was selling and low and behold there was my 2 computers for sell. Contacted paypal, sent them the link to MY computers and nothing was done.

i hate paypal with a passion and i hope they get what they deserve one day.

There was also a charity that raised $20,000 in hurricane relief funds within 7 hours. After hitting the $20,000 mark, paypal closed the donation account for "suspicious behavior" and before paypal could release the funds back to the charity they had to provide "proof" of shipping. (how can you provide proof of shipping when everything was donated.

Happened once to one of my accounts. It was hacked and all the money was sent to another account.

All the money got refunded and the account became verified (Even though it had false info) :D

The only time I have had one of my accounts limited was about 4 months ago. It was in my fiance's name. I had about $4,000 in there that I was trying to get out. They wanted all the regular information, proof of this and that.

Anyways I sent them the information. After I sent the information, I waited one day and then sent them an email asking what they were going to do, because I had already found a group of people that were hiring a lawyer to go after loss funds. After I sent that email...
    1. I got access to the account right away.
    2. They have never messed with that account again, and I push quite a bit of money through it.

Everything was legit and they had no reason to suspend my account, they were just being regular ''paypal d-bags" but I complied with their rules and just gave them an extra push.

If it is your information on the account, I suggest that you comply with what they want and call them or email them asap. If it is not your account or you did anything illegal, I would just leave it alone.
