I'm so despointted by the 5$ PAYPAL fees for each transaction to my visa card, is there any solution for this problem ?

Unfortunately, there isn't any solution to cut the PayPal fee other than using another payment processor.

if you are sending payment for the completed project then use Transferwise otherwise no other option you have to pay for that.

I'm dropshipper in Ebay, i need to transfer my funds from paypal to my card to ship orders; is trasferways card the best for me ?

I Have never done that for drop shipment. better ask their customer care?

this deduction varies according to the countries of paypal. I use a uk paypal account and there is no such problem.
