Unfortunately, there isn't any solution to cut the PayPal fee other than using another payment processor.

if you are sending payment for the completed project then use Transferwise otherwise no other option you have to pay for that.

I Have never done that for drop shipment. better ask their customer care?

this deduction varies according to the countries of paypal. I use a uk paypal account and there is no such problem.
