PayPal Email Withdrawal Confirmation Not Received? - Anyone?

    Usually when making a PP withdrawal you get the usual 'We're transferring money from PayPal to your bank' email within a few minutes.

    But not this time, usually do 5 withdrawals a week, but yesterday did one and got no confirmation email, again today did a withdrawal and no confirmatin email.

    Interestingly all other PP emails are received, and yesterdays withdrawal says complete in PP. Today's still pending as too early to change in experience.

    I am hoping I am not the lone ranger here. Anyone else got any issues in receiving the withdrawal confirmation emails? Would hate to have to call the buffoons at PP!

    There is nothing to worry about, if you are getting money in YOUR bank account!
    Click on the profile section in your Paypal account and check the emails associated with it...Make sure your primary email is the email you use!
    Few weeks ago someone hacked my PP account and added his/her email id. If you are seeing any other email id, delete it and change your Password

    If only life with PayPal was this simple....thanks for the response but no this is not the answer. We have been with PP for about 10 years and do 5 withdrawals as standard business days, so 'know' something a little odd is happening.

    All other PayPal emails get received, ie. payments in and out, subscriptions etc etc.

    But 'withdrawal' emails only....not being received.

    If anyone is having the same problem do let us know!

    We have now logged a call with PP - but ahem...canned response as usual!
