I guess that's the chance you are taking with digital goods.
Calling them will not do much good - how would you phrase your question and what answer do you expect from a Rep ?
Roll the dice and take your chances - as always with paypal....

No, you can't really check on anything like that. To get at least a bit of protection ship something to the buyer. 70 pounds of profit should allow for a trackable shipment - even if it's only a thank you note or something. In case of a dispute at least you got the tracking info
