you are lucky enough, because so far as i know this never happen.. paypal will never do lost business, they will donate you $xxx, and freeze other seller's $xxxx account with no reason, only answer you get is "this is our policy, pls study it carefully by yourself, we cant tell you the reason, if you get any concern, pls employ a lawer and negotiate with us"

I bet you the very first person who received this kind of customer service from Paypal. I tried to call them once regarding a dispute [customer was trying to scam me], i provide all the details to Paypal and they just released the balance that was blocked by them..No apologies or anything..
