PayPal Dispute

If the claim is for un-authorized purchase then you just have to pray that someone wasn't using a hacked account (less than 10% chances)! or otherwise you can just put the chats or emails in the PayPal resolution center & you will win!

In some of the cases the chargebacks are from Credit Card companies & in those cases even PayPal is normally hesitant to give decisions in sellers favor! (This is based on my experience only)

What if that person used hacked account? It seems to like that.

No, you will not win this. This is a very common loophole in Paypal's system. People can literally go around purchasing services and digital items with PayPal and then file chargebacks for everything. There is nothing you can do. Even if you provide tons of evidence you will still lose the claim because you are selling intangible items and digital services/items that are NOT covered under Paypal's Seller Protection Policy. I've been fighting with them for over a decade about this as I get scammed monthly as well for big money. This is unfortunately the cost of doing business. Sorry about it but get used to it.
& also idiot, things have changed now!

PayPal is now covering digital goods! The stuff you mentioned above was true but until an year ago!

Maybe your buyer stole the Paypal from someone and tried to make purchases.
The owner made claims to get back the money.
