Paypal dispute

I sold him facebook quizes script for $100 and he wanted a refund later and when I said no opened a dispute against me on paypal. Paypal already ruled in my favor after I provided them with all information. So here is how it went...

All skype screenshots were taken at skypebrowser.com since I blocked him, if neccesary I'll unblock and deliver them directly from skype.

He PMed me asking about my facebook quiz script and added me on skype.
I gave him info about what the script is like



After that we agreed on payment and delivery of the files



After that we bumped into some issues because I forgot to mention one step while installing which we resolved right away and I installed everything for them for free to ensure its all working, didn't want unhappy customer (oh the irony) plus some support because he didn't follow instructions.






Later he came to me with this message



After like 30 minutes of trying to explain why I can't refund them and going into lengthy discussion I decided to end it and blocked the user, I still have his partner on skype and I said in paypal dispute that if they need support regarding the script (bugs) he can contact me



I sold same files to several other users and they all liked it and left good review on my profile. I never had any problems with dispute before because even if there are bugs I fix them right away.

What I just wanted to say is that script of @Heisenb0rg is not a clone of any popular app websites because his app will not fetch data ofusers friends so your app will be limited. It's not a clone of Meaww.com or vonvon or nametests. Please be aware.

Even that what's I wrote in my thread there. The op of that asked if this clone script is good to buy. He referred another script and someone else replied there saying it's not good and then out of nowhere Heisenb0rg jumped and claimed that he has a working script if someone want to buy pm him.

Thats the thread I referred and contacted him thinking it's a clone of vonvon, meaww and other apps websites.. He claimed he has working script and it was obvious since he wrote there I have a working script. Anyone will think he has a working clone script..






and I was completely new to this. So I don't have any knowledge about this app website whether it was a clone or not. The website he showed me has only 7 apps and the first one app had 4 option tests. I thought this app will fetch user friends data but it didnot. Even after buying this app I asked him is it a clone of vonvon but he didn't even respond to that. You can check it in below screenshot. I was having problem in app so I asked him and I could see him online but responsed a day later. Regarding Instructions. You can see here he told me that he forgot to mention somehting he should be Lol.. Then he's saying I was not following instructions lmfao.




And about Paypal he told me he will send screenshots of our conversation and I asked him to send all chat but I think he must have posted there same like he did here making me look like a scammer.. So @Heisenb0rg you can see yourself why I call you a liar. Grow up kid.

Actually the money I paid to him is a month salary of a fresher web designer here.

Another problem in his app which other apps are not having.

I was out of town for a whole week while this transaction was taking place and I still dedicated a lot of time to you.
I did miss out a few steps on instructions because they were made in a rush but I corrected that by spending few hours helping you set up for free and providing you with new instructions that covered everything.
No, I did not intentionally leave out screenshots because our conversation was too long and I just ssed most important parts, which is where you ended up having website ready and then asking for money back.
Keep in mind there are 2 people involved on other side, first one I blocked right away on skype, second I kept in case he had any bugs to report.
He didn't message me before making dispute, after or even after they lost the dispute. He messaged me today asking why I made this thread and started throwing insults.

My above screenshot already shows that you were saying I will be home in an hour on third day of purchase I think. I had website ready but that's not a clone. I asked you on skype about that but you didn't even bother to reply me and that's what I have wrote in the other thread that your script is not a CLONE of any of those apps website. I never said it's not working. I wrote everything honestly.

Then when I asked for a refund and I wanted to buy another which actually is a clone and you said I will refund it if I can show you that at cheap price and when I showed you the website you come with other argument and still didn't refund. https://www.phpfunapps.com/

If I would be a scammer why the hell would I wait that long to file a dispute? or Would I ask you for a refund directly huh? You are not even on your words. Why I have not filed a dispute for other sellers huh? So kid grow up and learn to build relationships with clients.

Yea I said if you manage to find a fully working script that fetches friend info for $90 I'll refund you, you forgot to mention that it ended up costing $200 and the developer said that facebook could patch that method any day.
Lets make a short timeline and them I won't be bothered to reply anymore unless bass asks me to

- You received files the same as in demo as agreed
- I send you instructions with 2 steps missing
- Tomorow I fix up everything and apologise for sending you rushed instructions
- You decide to copy files on different domain and you fuck up
- I help you fix everything
- You come to me with a image caching "bug" and ask for a refund, where I could have easely solved the bug with adding unique number to image name
- I told you because its digital goods I can't provide refund and you make a dispute
- I win the dispute
- You leave a negative rating on my profile
- I make this thread

@BassTrackerBoats let me know if you need anymore information, I just can't waste my time pointlessly arguing with him the same way I did when they asked for refund.

The main thing is why I bought this script. You wrote that you have a working script in a thread where discussion was going about vonvon/nametests/meaww clone. Were you dumb to read the title what the discussion was about huh? I am not so good in scripts and all. So you wrote you have a working script and I bought it and later found out it was not a clone but I was still ready to make an adjustment but in the end your app has another bug. Your script sucks bro so I asked for refund.

And I was ready to buy 99$ one. 99 Apps will be good for me. I am not good in php I already told you that and your instructions were amazingly excellent that anyone who don't have knowledge about php will be able to install it. Lol.

I am getting same app in 99$ with 3 days full support and It's actually a clone which I always wanted and No one can guarantee about fb app that it will work forever. Any update from fb may come and any app may stop working in future.

I have not started the argument. The rating was given a week ago I think and suddenly you woke up and started this thread.. Lol.

@BassTrackerBoats Please take the decision. I am so irritated from him. I don't want to argue anymore with him. I posted that review just to aware people that the script he is having is not a clone of meaww.com and other website apps. Thats it's.

They wanted to create a quiz that could fetch friends information, ever since facebook updated graph api to v2.0 it was made impossible to list out friends like that.
I told them I'd be willing to create addon for friends if they can get their hands on app that has taggable_friends permission from facebook, that way I could get their info and add it in.

I think my previous feedback speaks for itself, only one that wasn't satisfied with the script is you.

I think what we have here is more of a communication failure as opposed to one guy trying to sell something in a deceitful way.

In the very first Skype chat posted, @Heisenb0rg shows the demo site and says you'll get that.

OK, there were some bumps getting it up correctly and he failed to give you all the info required to get it going but he rectified that. You have to tighten up some there, @Heisenb0rg, as that sort of thing makes you look like you are an unorganized businessman.

As to him not answering your question about it being vonven.me, I don't know that I can say he ignored it or missed it as he stated he would be home in an hour and thus makes me think he was in the middle of something else. If that was important to you it would have made sense to ask him again after he got to his home before moving forward.

I've talked to both of you and you both seem like pretty good guys and this is pretty clear to me a deal that didn't have enough/clear communication.

@Heisenb0rg - you have your money from PP.
@wwe_fan9417 - you have the working script.

This is a done deal as far as I am concerned.

I'd say, "Shake hands and go have a beer together" but that is probably not going to happen.

The thread is closed as keeping it open serves no purpose in my opinion.

As to your iTrader, @Heisenb0rg, it might be aggressive but it reflects how he felt he was treated. If you want that removed you need to speak with an Admin or SuperMod as that action is above my pay grade.
