It worked for me two times.... No problem till now!!!

can i ship the item (in this case CD of my content website) from different location (# country) other than my current address as i travel a lot between Europe and USA ? my current PayPal address is in USA.

Having dealt with many of these kinds of things. I often times send the CD out with a back up of the site. The trick is to be sure to get delivery confirmation. So when you get the unauthorized claim, it will still work in your favor. If the buyer signed for it, his bank will often times side with you. I have had a few of those, and each time the bank called me and asked me what was the deal from my perspective.

Delivery confirmation and proper shipping details. You should have no issues.

If the amount is over 1,000, I suggest using escrow with splitting of fees.

I'm also selling a site for about $800 on flippa. So, if I use escrow there is no way I lose the money? (everything is genuine from my side, no blackhat/illegal stuff)
If so I would love to use it, but I don't really know how this works? Could someone please post the procedure for escrow payments and the fee involved?
