Paypal Dispute: Unauthorized Payment - WTF + BH?

This happens to me 10% of the time with my ScrapeBox lists. Unfortunately the world is full of greedy assholes and they buy products and open disputes. They will look one day when one of us venders actually decide to fight the matter and make there life hell in every way possible.

Paypal is a cnut. I try whenever possible to bum rape that 'lot'. Scam Paypal back, I mean i have a dispute now for a laptop, and gaypal is 'investigating' it! Woo fucking hee doo, some cubical jockey somewhere in America or India idk is deciding whether I get my money?

You mean cunt*. ;)

Actually quite the opposite happened to me. I wasn't satisfied with one digital product and opened a dispute. Guess what? PayPal told me it's a digital product so we don't cover it so at the end I was the one who got screwed...lol. I'd be surprised if PayPal did the opposite with you and refunded the buyer's money.

Way different case mate.. It is not the same to say you didn't like the digital product and that there was an unauthorized payment from your account..

People like me? Just so you know, I've never in my LIFE asked for a refund for a digital product nor have I started a paypal dispute or chargeback. I was merely putting the idea on the table. Maybe it will lead to a discussion. Maybe this could really work. Maybe I will scam the fcuk out of a perfectly honest person. Maybe I will become very rich, or very poor. Maybe someone will, if not me. This is BHW - Deal with it!

That said, I don't see any option for a refund. So if I cannot refund and I have no proof of shipping, should I just 'accept liability' for the transaction and pay the fee ($10 I think)? I do have proofs that the digital product was in fact delivered to the email address specified by the buyer.

Maybe you will scam the fcuk out of a perfectly honest person? Man there is a difference between BH and scamming. If scamming is cool here than what's the shit list for? This is blackhatworld not badscamworld:D

Check out shit list. then you can see clear difference between Bhers and scammers.

Paypal sucks. If you plan on selling online, go get Authorize.NET, a real processor.

I can't say it enough, PAYPAL SUCKS DON'T USE THEM!

an "unauthrized transaction" you will not win. I get these every once in a while. the last time I did, I tried to do a little research, and when googling the buyers name and details, the first result was his info (inc credit card) posted to a hack site. not sure if paypal/mastercard found it as well, but at least I knew the buyer himself wasnt trying to scam me. we were scammed together.

It takes months to win a case where a CC is involed but not impossable we did you can too
Dizz

nah what your talking about is being a prick, some people make a living off of digtal stuff, then people like you want a refund, even if its a good product. karmas a bitch:rolleyes:

you must've mis unserstood the op's problem

@op I don't think there's any way to defend...have sold quite a lot of e-products but never came across this

There is a PP dispute and there is a CC chargeback

if the buyer buy digital products from his Paypal balance, there will be a dispute -> seller win
if the buyer buy any product from his CC, there will be a chargeback -> buyer win

in 99.99999% no matter what happens

I've had several disputes the past month mostly having to do with unauthorized access. Trying to fight such cases seems pointless as I'd never won a single case so I simply refund them. Saves the headaches. Selling digital products via Paypal is a nightmare, not that there's really any other option considering Paypal's popularity and its worldwide reach.

If anyone's having the same problems, it's better to simply check the option that says, 'I'll Refund' and settle the matter.
