Hi , Recently i just file a dispute. I ordered article from someone, in bulk. The seller went missing so i took the screenshot of skype and tell PayPal what happen . The screenshot consist of me telling the seller to reply, over a period of 10-15 days. The screenshot also consist of his Paypal email when he asked for payment. So it actually quite certain that he was actually missing. Anyone will be able to agree that he went missing after seeing the screenshot. So right after i file the dispute, the seller didn't reply, and at the end of the dispute period, it was un-successful by paypal. Because it not physical product. So my reminder for everyone is that. Always send payment, and claim that it's physical. So that if you ever got scam, you can always ask for Shipping ID , if they can't provide. Then You will get your money back.
