Hi ,

Recently i just file a dispute.
I ordered article from someone, in bulk.
The seller went missing so i took the screenshot of skype and tell PayPal what happen .

The screenshot consist of me telling the seller to reply, over a period of 10-15 days.
The screenshot also consist of his Paypal email when he asked for payment.

So it actually quite certain that he was actually missing.
Anyone will be able to agree that he went missing after seeing the screenshot.

So right after i file the dispute, the seller didn't reply, and at the end of the dispute period, it was un-successful by paypal.

Because it not physical product.

So my reminder for everyone is that. Always send payment, and claim that it's physical.
So that if you ever got scam, you can always ask for Shipping ID , if they can't provide.
Then You will get your money back.

It is hard to convince Paypal in intangible goods. I had a lot of experience in digital goods about disputes. However if you shown the screenshot of the email sent date, then may be Paypal thinks against you.

Or file it as an unauthorized transaction and escalate it to a claim right away ;)

Gaypal sucks now a days they limit my 1 year old account without any good reason.

Ditto....i had a Jr VIP member here email me about content creation...i paid for 1 article to test his service and he never responded...

best advice is be wary and check the shit list !!

Bro file unauthorized transaction. That's the good way to get back your money

Paypal doing things like this isn't going to help much.

"From 17th June, buyers are getting increased protection; we're extending the dispute claim window from 45 days to 180 days after payment date"

Always escalate to claim if other party doesn't answer and when period is over ask Paypal to take action.

I have been in this scenario also. My advice for you or anyone is to buy goods with a credit card and if they don't deliver get your credit card company involved to dispute that way. Provide them with all the evidence you provided to paypal and I think you'll have a better shot at winning. Hope this helps.

Wow, this is quite good. I might try, but i am not from US, hence, most of my transaction will be conversion by the bank, which they mark up a lot.

I already escalated to claim, Paypal Reject, reason below.

For now, i already tell paypal that i make the transacation, but maybe moving forward i will use this method.

I already done so : This is their reply
Unfortunately, we are refusing your claim because your purchase was for a
virtual, digital or intangible item, which is not covered under PayPal
Buyer Protection. We only cover claims involving physical items that can be
posted and tracked.

We encourage you to work directly with your seller to resolve the problem.
You'll find their contact details on the Transaction Details page.

Read above their reply. But will file as unauthorized next time.

I never get scam literally from people here. In this case, i was scam by someone outside. I am just sharing my experience here. However BST Here usually give low quality shit and never met their claim here. I Buy many BST, and i would say 75 % are junk.

I agree.

If PP don't find in your favour, I turn to the credit card company and initiate a chargeback. It worked for me.

Few days ago,PayPal Blocked my account with 200$ and they asking national ID card,Verify Phone number.

Damn that sucks, all I can really say is better luck next time.

It happens to us all at least 1 time eventually :)

Live by the internet die by PayPal.

Weird... I already won two disputes, both were about digital or intangible items.
