Good news: You will get all your money after 6 months (if you really have real business). You should have an email saying for how long your money has been frozen - after that period you have to call them and demand your funds and they will be refunded (not an automatic process).
Bad news: There is no way to fight Paypal and most probably you've lost this account forever.
More bad news: The card attached to this Paypal account can be written off as well - from now on you will have problems at many places paying online with this card (my experience)

Right , but they are holding means, they found something not normal. So it may come back to us.

Were you dropshipping or selling your own stock?
Paypal did it with us years back when we used them as payment processor for a conference, they locked the account with the funds in there, saying they'd release them after the conference which was 14 months away.
We explained we had bills to pay upfront such as hotel, catering, av etc.
Never used them again after that.

there is so many things wrong with paypal from my experiences. i had paypal limit me because i checked my orders from the airport wifi . before i received this order i recall calling them to confirm if the product am selling is allowed.'digital' with no shipping info the support was very informative and told me its all good. he even deposited $10 to my account as a thank you for using PayPal long story short 30 minutes after that call i was permanently limited.that was how every stealth account i created was limited. paypa is convenience but honestly there are other alternatives stripe.bitcoin.paymentwall and so on, be aware most of this limits are not manually implemented but done by paypal bots i have seen large companies tweet PayPal ceo with aggression for holding their funds too.

I sell my own stock, ship directly from my company to cusotmers by UPS.
First, they blocked my 10 years account. Now, i created this new account, they keep limit and unlimit my account.
I got 30k on it, then i transfered 15k already. then they blocked 180 days @@
I think the reason they block is that i transfered money to my another account and place orders for customers.
I got 2 business. 1 is selling suffs, 2 is a forwarder - buying stuff for customers. So i used 2 paypal for that. I did explain to them

Open a Paypal Company Account.
If your things is to sell or resell products (I say this because I dont know if you buy your products or made them yourself) and use it the right way.
Using a personal account to run business (except if your doing services like document translation and that kind of stuff) its not the right thing to do.
Maybe they froze your account for 180 days to understand whats happening or avoiding chargeback, the best thing its to call them.
I have a company who accepts paypal in Europe and it needs to be a Company Account in way to run business transactions in the most legal way.

PayPal is like big "D" because even in the refund system they still charge you, what the heck.

Have a look at Stripe, WorldPay or 2Checkout going forward once they resolve this for you.
Nothing worse than being held by the balls like this.

paypal stole my money , i was Freelancing and it comes a day they said i have done something against thr ToS which they can't reveal and limited me for 180days after that the $$$ that was on my account disapeared and when i contact them either by phone or email in brief they told me that they've done it because they can do it, and no explanation is due.

After 180 days of waiting , i called their CS and was ask to wait for without any schedule . Maybe because my account is in Asia which they are not priority ? Is there any other way to contact them ?

:/ I have been in your shoes - now, when 180 days are past > you have to call them and request all your funds as the 6 months are over. After this - you will get your funds (at least I got mine this way).
And, there is no way to complain or try to get back your account - move on.
+ forget about using braintree as well :/ ... and you will have problems using your company card (that was registered there) at many sites that use Paypal.. after a longer while things will return to normal.
