Paypal Debt? Death is not an excuse

I think many people try to become smart enough to hide the resources illegaly on the online wallets. PayPal has faced alot of money laundering issues that is why they have made their policy quite strict. Am I right in this regard guys?

Death is not the issue for anything. You need to have a strong enough character that can help you in every situation. I know that paying your debts is not easy but with time and dedication, you can do it. Please, share your issue with your family. I am sure they will help you either financially or morally.
