PayPal - Customer Service Scheme

    Have someone ever called PayPal more than once in 10 minutes to find and dig for information on how your new PayPal account was linked to another one? I called and spoke with 4 different reps to ask how and why my account was related to other limited account. One person told me that my photo ID matched and I had the same business information, the second person told me that my address matched but I used a different apartment number. The third person told me that my date of birth matched the other account. The fourth person told me I had the same business information which I did not and when I asked if I was using the same internet and computer on the other account he told me that they don't find accounts by ip addresses which is BS. That lets you know that its difficult for PayPal to track you if you have a different IP address so they try to make up a lie and tell you they dont. I could have prevented getting my account tracked because I never hid my ip, never changed my address fully, used the same name that was closely related, and used the same date of birth and photo id. Now I learned from my mistakes and is about to make a new account from scratch.

    If you get your account limited because they found other accounts call them and find out how those accounts were related so you can learn from your mistakes. Call more then 1 rep because each rep will give you more information on why. Learn the limitation specialist names and jock them down. Share your information on this thread of how your account was linked. Matter of fact call as many different reps as you can and jock the names down.

    Tips:
    You don't want to speak to the same rep that closed down your old account so write down all names of every rep you have spoken to. The names that show up less are possibly the rookies and just got the job. My opinion is I would rather speak with a girl rep because they will ask you about your day and work through the situation. So everytime rep Adam picks up on his line I hang up and call again because he closed my account before. Also can someone find out what time do reps leave work on different shifts because the ones that be in a hurry will likely to unlimit your account fast because they are in a rush

    The only limitation specialist name I can remember is Mark.
    Mark
    knows the system and will try to digg up information on you in a heart beat.
