First time ever figthing a charge back claim, i'm not scared i'm more annoyed how paypal has allowed such a r***** to claim his money back and what he said to them was AND I QUOTE "i hope you trust me"
I've provided proof that he has what he purchased, but angry on the fact that paypal has willing accepted this claim with no proof and it's all in my hands that i have to provide proof!
What a load of s***

Is there anything i should expect?

are there personal accounts

I'm not scared because i transfer it into another paypal account, but i'm annoyed how paypal willing allows people to claim back £250 while actively charging fees on every transaction!

PayPal is shit

use crypto

i have to provide proof
You have to provide WHAT (or WHICH) proof ? Proof of delivery or proof of shipment or what / which proof ? What was the product or service sold to that buyer ? Only upon knowing these, can any effective suggestions be given.

If it's a digital product you probably won't win the case.
A lot of people are exploiting this.. they even call it the REFUND method lol

They can recover the money if they want to. And if they aren't able to, they can move legal action against you. As long as they have your personal information they won't just allow you not to pay.

Don't use paypal. Keep telling this to everyone. It's just a matter of time until they screw you.

Can't do anything but laugh, what a sh*** platform

Paypal is the shitiest company out there. They charge exorbitant prices on sending and receiving and even more on currency conversions. A Total ripoff, but with that being said there aren't any other alternative except for Crypto.

I actually got a warning here for insulting Paypal, so be careful.
ah sorry , let me rephrase that so i don't get banned
paypal is the best company going, such a good company that they willing allow people to charge back more than the average paycheck because of 3 words, man! Paypal is amazing, we love you paypal!

Crypto is the way now, i've changed all my payments to it, but still stressful how a billion dollar company does this lol

What was the product or service sold to that buyer ? You have mentioned that you have provided Paypal proof related to the buyer "admitting to changing the email" ... So, it is obvious that you sold some account, such as a social media account, etc and the selling (and buying) of such products or services are a violation of Paypal's policies.
But, don't worry, Paypal is pretty professional & scientific in their robbery : Paypal tells you that you have lost the dispute for that £250 and it is decided in favour of the buyer. So, Paypal makes you liable to pay that £250. But, what you do not know, is that Paypal will also rob the buyer of this £250 money back, by informing him or her, that he or she bought a product or service which is in violation of Paypal's policies.
Nowadays, when a product or service which is in violation of Paypal's policies, is bought / sold using Paypal, then Paypal scientifically robs BOTH the seller AND the buyer.
