PayPal - can't send your payment right now

Hello,

Registered account last week, added VCC & VBA, confirmed & verified. Also mobile phone verified.

Received friendly payment but can not transfer that payment further. Called PayPal many times. All they said, its their normal routine, automatic system checkout, nothing wrong with account, just something buggy with transaction. Account is very good condition, that is what they said.

Any help on this?

Log out for 24-48hrs ! Don’t try again till that time

Tried even that. Didn't try to send payment for almost 48 hours. I usually can send like $5, but it does not let me send even that. Always same message. Tried to transfer to another PayPal account. No luck!

just wait 24 hour and try again
 
If they say nothing is wrong just wait it out some more. It possibly could be something wrong on their end
 
I am really stuck. Dunno know what to do sincerely. They can't help with their support.
 
I was facing this issue also. You just needs to be patience & wait. 24-48 hours would solve the issue I think
 
I think its better for you to wait minimum 72 hours log out...........................
 
Okay, will now wait 72+ hours. Thought that verified account will clear it all.
 
Happened to me as well on an account a few months ago.
I forgot about it, tried again after a week and it worked.
 
I forgotten to say, but I use VPN. Can that maybe cause the problems? What should I do or buy to have it all good? To buy dedicated ip or VPS? I do not know much about this. Can someone please help or explain how both of these work and what's the best?

It has happened to me few months back and i had to wait almost 4 days for it to send.

Could it be cause I use VPN? Should I buy dedicated IP ? Where to buy it, with specific geo location?
 
Login from a computer which has cookies of an earlier session. Or try again in 24 hours.
 
i already incountered it many times and even fix it by itselfs all i do is to wait, not to logging in , in an app or in an browser. waiting 48hrs. and its good again.

It can be because of the VPN, yes. For now don't change the ip address, it can throw up new red flags. Wait a bit and see if it fixes itself or not. If not, you can try changing the ip, but as others suggested in this thread and in previous threads too around the same subject, it should fix itself with time.
 
It happens sometime. Just wait and try after 24 hours. I also faced this problem and this was solved automatically.
 
Do not Login for 48-72 Hours to Cool Down the System.

And always use same Device and Browser to Login. Better to Use a Dedicated IP Also.
