Paypal can suck my d*ck!

Hi people. I have received this e-mail from paypal:

--
"You recently transferred money from your PayPal account to your credit card. Unfortunately, due to a processing error in our system, the amount you sent to your credit card was sent twice. We want to reassure you that your PayPal account has not been debited twice for the affected transfer ? the duplication was only sent to your credit card outside the PayPal system.

Don?t worry. There?s nothing for you to do. We just want to let you know what happened and what we are doing next.

The duplicated transaction was sent on 4/8/2011 for (174.43) USD.

So that PayPal can resolve this matter, we will be reversing the duplicated credit from your credit card within 5 to 10 days from the date of this email notification. "

Ok, problem is:

1. I was never REALLY credited twice by paypal in my debit card, so it's not really true that there was a duplicate transaction

2. there's no record on my card of a duplicated transaction

3. I got that "reversal" of funds some days ago, I see it in my credit card statement. Even they ASSURED me and RE ASSURED ME no future funds will be affected/impacted by these reversal, I got a totally different scenario today. I withdrawed some days ago about $220.00 .

4. Guess what I was able to get today in the ATM machine? $220 - $174 (average) = $45. So instead of $220, I was debited $175 out from it ! Brilliant

Based on this I assume paypal stealed my money right from the pocket, as there was NO REALLY two sendings ever. I never got $174 x 2, I have no record of it. Yes I see the $174 reversed back in my credit card statement, however I think it should have been considered as a fictional reversal, in order to balance paypal accounting somehow, but in NO way could be a real reversal of money because, again, there was not a twice transfering of money for real

Do you have an idea what's going on and what to do from now?
Paypal fault or credit card fault? Who's to blame

Any advise should be really appreciated, and urgently

Thanks
Diego

Paypal is whack, I had an account banned with $100+ in it, although I was only like 14 or 15 at the time so I was way underage.

@GreenGoblin: How exactly does this Plimus-PayPal connection work? And how does accepting PayPal through Plimus help you with chargebacks?

Attention all users of this forum! This user called bearded is a scammer. He took our money and never replied back!!!

Hey,

My name is Nissim, I'm the Community Manager at Payoneer.

I see that many of you are using Plimus, and this discussion is regarding payment methods, so I'd just like to mention that Payoneer has had a partnership with Plimus for quite a while, allowing you to receive payments from your Plimus account directly to a Plimus prepaid card issued by Payoneer.

If you have any questions or comments regarding the Payoneer payment method through Plimus, feel free to share.

I'm glad to learn all this before experiencing myself. I'll be looking into another option then, thanks for these usefull comments.
