PayPal Buyer Protection Policy scammed me in 2500 $

i have partnered with one of guy online, we were doing CPA together and he was using his paypal to received payments. once he get the payments he send me my part. after a month or so i found that guy is cheating on me somehow so i have end up partnership with him.

he opened fake dispute on paypal like he did not receive any kind of item. i have responded to the paypal and explained them everything how we where working as an partner and how used to send me money. i have told them please check all the transaction he received money from same sender which i am receiving since last 3 years. he send me money after he get the payment, he open fake dispute which is applicable in terms of time period and lot more i have explained.

GUESS WHAT . . . . ?

paypal buyer protection policy is so shit and just to support such scammer and fake dispute claims.

support team don't even give a fuck about to read my appeal and check the details which i have provideed, they just said case is in the buyer favor.

HOW THE FUCK THEY ARE SO NONSENSE AND CAN FUCK ANYBODY'S LIFE LIKE THIS BECAUSE 2500$ WAS ALMOST MY FIRST EARNINGS ON IM AS YOU CAN ALL SEE THAT MY THIS ACC IS NEW AND I HAVE JUST STARTED IM AND FUCKED BY PAYPAL IN 2500$

Since BHW helps all the guys here, can anybody help in this situation and guide me to get it back and win the paypal case ?

yes i have just started again, i was doing it 3 year ago when ytc was good. i left it and re joined again last month. if you can't help then please don't blame - a humble request
 
I think you just failed to provide them with enough proof etc. that you guys are actually in a JV or something. They only want to see the evidence and hear facts. I wouldn't even bother asking them to check senders or anything.

And why the heck would you leave this money on Paypal? Its probably the worst thing you can do. Paypal is freezing accounts like crazy.
 
I work with paypal more then 15 years. Large amount of money is passed thrue my account and never had anny issue with them.
Of course, account is legal, real name and fully verifyed.
 
I don't think any bhw member will be able to help you regarding this. Paypal was shit, is shit and will be shit. The only way is to talk again and again with the customer service team until they look at your matter closely.
 
This is not paypal's fault, it is you who should not work with everyone you meet online and invest your money in better opportunities.

Paypal sucks, but this is really an issue on your own end.

Advice for you and anyone in a similar situation
You could have asked for payments in cryptocurrency, wire transfer or cash - any legit partner would agree on this.
So for you and anyone else doing similar stuff, educate yourself to use crypto - it takes a day to learn pretty much all you need and protect yourself from these issues.

If you are legit and use crypto legally, you do not even have to pay tax and you would never experience any similar issue.
Lesson learned, just move on. That $2500 could have been easy $10,000 if you stayed in.
 
If this was your first payment, Paypal would've limited your account for receiving such a hefty sum anyway.

You shouldn't really use PayPal for such transactions, especially when buyer isn't someone you know.

i have already told them proof about JV, i have evidence only fb chats, online we don't sign agreement so we can show here is partnership deal.

to reopen case they wanted tracking proof, how to make those nonsense believe that he has not ordered anything from me, they don't even ask buyer to provide any order details or order i or mail confirmation of order etc

sorry to say you can't say its my fault. i have trusted a guy and i was working, who knows after few weeks he will do this shit

Your "partner" is a piece of shit. Simple as that. If i was you, i would agree on getting payments as "Friends & Family" and never as "Goods & Services" (Buyer protection). Anyone who sends money that way, i most likely going to chargeback everything in a few months or so.

in the world many many countries paypal don't support "FRIENDS & FAMILY" option.

I have a similar story bro. Im in open dispute with one F****** guy from Poland. He refused to refund my money after I purchased some of his fake services, then minutes after I figured out he is a scammer I kindly asked for a refund (same hour)


he refused and blocked me on Telegram, didnt respond to my messages on PP and also via email.
Fisrt case he won (F*** PayPal) they are really supporting scammers.

Then I reopenned and now will see if they will close it in his favor Im gonna call them and ask for 3rd openning of that case.

They CARE ONLY ABOUT PROFITS THEY HAVE FROM SELLERS. they dont care about an occasional buyer lol
 
Damn man! good that u posted this here so people that JV be careful of who they do business with. That partner basically got mad like an ex girlfriend , for the paypal thing i don't think someone can help you here beside if u create a lawsuit and even then nothing won't since there is no contract. I feel a bit bad for you but this will probably make u learn to trust and u will start to smell fishy people in the first place.

Moreover Paypal has No Protection yet on Digital Services or product, this is considered as a Digital Product, and The Buyer or Refunder will Always win any The Cases
