I was just wondering why paypal use auto-withdrawal.
any ideas ?

because some country law are strict like india, government ask paypal to not hold the money in there wallet

Paypal's auto-withdrawal is really only useful for assuring that you don't keep too much money in your account. I believe that auto-withdrawal actually empties your account on a regular basis so you don't have to worry about accruing a large balance.
