Hi,
Today I logged in to my PayPal and saw this message:-
"In compliance with regulatory requirements, we need some additional information to confirm your identity as the account owner. Please confirm your identity at dashboard"

What should be done?

Just submit your information and business details if you don't have anything, simple contact @secondeye and he will take care of everything by providing you complete docs etc.

I think you should confirm your identity as the account owner. ;)
I know they asked to confirm.. I can submit PROOF OF IDENTITY But how to submit PROOF OF BUSINESS?
I don't have any physical business. I just get paid from my clients for works. :-?

Buy fake ids from BHW :D
Does that work? I mean won't they close my account?

Is this a genuine account or one that you're using in a fake name?

Just confirm your identity. Nothing to worry about if you're using your real information.

Yes, it's a genuine account with real name. But i don't have any business documents because I earn by selling online services.

Yes, I understand. I can submit Identity documents. But how can i submit business proof? I earn money on paypal from online clients, not offline business.
What can be done in this case?

You don't need a "business proof"... Just send them your personal information.

But what do they need from you? An id with a picture of you, or what?

"confirm your identity as the account owner"

Upload a copy of your passport or birth certificate, then you're good to go.

Do not blindly trust SecondEye Sometimes using their documents Fail and get Rejected, i know it failed for me once already ;)
