Do not use fake docs if you are having your real name in there! Just try to gather real ones and send them.
You can use fake docs to fake accounts though...

they first needed a proof of address, then after i submit it they say couldn't verify it and would need more documents passport/License which i didn't provide, got limited for 180 days then withdraw the money to CC

What happens if PayPal gets limited? I mean will i not be able to withdraw to Bank? Can i make online purchases or send money?

So what should I do next? Submitted identity proof. So, if I don't have physical business then I should leave it like that?
 
did you use your real info when creating the account or not? if you did you can simply call them to resolve the issue and if not homie you gonna have to wait till the time pass
 
you need to submit your driver license or scan ID and Utility bill for address verification , scan them go to the PayPal dashboard and send them all the documents they ask you. In case you make account with fake name and address then contact @secondeye he can provide you all the required documents for your account verification.

PS : you may have to make few calls to PayPal for account verification process
 
Call PayPal customer care and discuss.

Once my paypal was limit, i just need to submit my CC number and phone number, then everything goes well.

Yeah, once that happened to me too. With CC and Phone it was alright. But suddenly now asking all these. I am contacting PayPal now, let's see how they can help O_o

Usually paypal contact helps a lot as long as the data is real, nothing to worry
