Hi, I have USA Paypal Business account. I created the 2018 March. The balance is $75. I Can not charge and use this balance. Because Paypal wants to document. How can I charge and use this money? Please help me

I think you should buy documents and charge your money. Selling the account won't bring you much more profit.

best thing to do here is to refund the money you have to someone you trust who has sent to you before and then ask them to pay you. $75 is too less otherwise to try and unlimit the account if its a stealth

unless you are planning to use that account for further sales and income, it is not much money for all the headaches and time its gonna take you to solve it.
