You will have registered business address with the company and constituent documents such as certificate of incorporation and power of attorney letter. About utility bills and whatnot - I dunno.
I'm not going to recommend any companies because the one I work with speaks my language, which you likely don't. You won't be able to do everything online anyway, as in order to open a bank account you'll most likeley have to visit bank branch in person. Also what you can do, what you can't and which taxes you'll have to pay to the taxman (in my country it' just income tax though) depends on the laws of your country, so it is better to talk with the local offshore openers, they know better.
