(I'm new to BHW, so I apologize if this in the wrong section.)
A while ago, my PayPal account (hereafter referred to as P) was limited ? for a trivial reason: logging in from a different IP. I managed to remove the money from P, but there's a far more concerning problem. P has both my bank account AND card linked to it, and you can't remove either of those while your account is limited. And that means I can't make a new account using those, because they're already in use.
Right now, they're requesting 'proof of address' in the form of a utility bill to remove the limitation. However, being under 18, I can't do that. So I sent in a bank statement instead ? 2-3 weeks ago. It still says 'pending' on the Resolution Center, so they're either completely ignoring it, or they just haven't reviewed it yet. I sent them an email (many, actually) regarding the limitation status, but I only got some automated message in reply. And I don't think calling is the best option, for obvious reasons...
YES, I know PayPal requires you to be over 18. But, I would still like to go on making money, so I would really like to remove this limitation as soon as possible. After doing some research, I learned that I could buy fake documents from 'secondeye', but I don't want to do this because one, it's super illegal, and two, PayPal might just have stealth frozen P, meaning that documents are useless and P is beyond saving.
Anyway, if you've ever experienced this, or if you have an idea as to how I can fix this problem, please please share it! Thanks in advance.
