Paypal account/limited lifted. Re-verfication.

I need my paypal re-verified. I had someone help create a paypal account withing another name, alongside passport etc to get it verified.
After about a year PayPal has limited it again due to the amount of money I had.
I need someone to fix my account fast, and you will be paid.

my situation is different, I have already got passport etc submitted to paypal. yet they want to upload it again.

I'm pretty sure that's handled with his services. He provides passports.
