Paypal account limit, Need to provide docs. (help?)

Small Backstory.
Hello, I have a Paypal account, it's a business account. I just started making money online, I'm making my money to invest into IM to start making money the legit way. You could imagine what I'm doing as a noob to make money, so I don't need to provide details.

Straight Question
I just got limit on my paypal business, I need to provide the following to paypal:
1. Photo ID
2. Proof of Address
3.Provide Proof Of SSN
4. Provide more information about payments

I have $40 in my account, and as a noobie college kid. That $40 is like $100 to me. I read about VCC and VBA, but I been confuse on where to buy because of reviews. I really just want to fix my paypal account problems so I can continue. I been accepted into a few affiliate programs and I'm currently learning how to CPA > Instagram. OGAds accepted me, and hopefully I can start making money.

Not sure about that. Maybe you still don't have the permissions to do so.

You can post a comment a hist BST or just add him to skype

To be honest, you will end up paying more than what you currently have in your paypal account. I suggest you to create a new one.

It's just my paypals keep getting limited, do i need a vpn in order to get one to hide my ass and to not get limited? I'm sick of losing the little money I have. smh I'm a newbie so I'm doing stuff I'm not proud of right now.
 
Try Contact paypal by phone. and describe your situation. and tell them to downgrade from business to personal account.

just say i don't know anything about paypal,except using send and receive money from my friend or another person.

don't tell them something like i have e- commerce or similarity.

because if i have problem with paypal, i know to contact them by phone , not by email.

i hope that work

never using VPN to paypal. in the past i have problem because using proxy so detected access from another country.

they know , and i describe situation. and customer service tell me to turn off proxy. so i do it.

and my paypal not limited again. so it's simple.

but if you provide fake screen shot , and they know is fake. so maybe your account got permanent limited .

No my account is new , and it wasn't verified. I ewhore, so I need to get the limited lift off my account. Or I can just buy a verified account and get a hidemyassaccount.
