Paypal Account for Virtual Address

For my country, Paypal only accepts sending Money. There is no receive option.

I am doing some online stuff for the living. And I have two virtual office addresses in the UK & also Singapore.
I can receive packages & letters to that addresses.

My question is can I get verified business PayPal account with send & receive options for one of my virtual office address?
or any other methods? (I'm afraid of get limited my account)

PS:
+ Monthly transaction range 1k USD to 5k USD
+ Send an email to PayPal asking for the same question 3 days ago & still no reply.
