Paypal -70$

so If I sell 1000$ worth item on ebay and seller's pays me and I don't ship it means I have stealed paypal's 1000$? not customers bcs I know they are getting money back from paypal....

So fucking idea :D:D

yup taking advantage of ebay's buyer protection and theirs not a damn thing they can do about it as long as you use stealth accounts that is tho:D

If you do sell a $1000 product and send something just for a tracking number. Would paypal still hold your money? Can't they get ahold of the bank your withdrawing with and ask for name details etc? I can make stealth accounts in a few minutes :D

If you want to keep the account, you will have to replace the funds. If you don't care, they will eventually write it off, but you will have a hard time getting another account.

Paypal would need a court order to get your info from the banks and for something like that you'll need to pull a huge stunt.

Banks are legally not authorized to share your info with any third party.

Paypal knows that these online transactions and trades are delicate.. Maybe you did send the right item and the buyer was just scamming you. It cant be proved 100 percent over the internet, and they dont have the time and resources to chase people down for 1k.

Certainly no cops, but credit agencies can try to collect these kind of debts, who knows... Better pay it off if it is linked to your identity in anyway (bank account, credit card), but if not, no worries.
