Read the above, if you're making good sales and low refund/chargebacks, then you can get it lowered. It will take 3 months so they can see you have a good history.

There are, Plimus But high fees, avangate ,and on the other side moneybookers/alertpay/paypal
 
The thing with 2checkout is, if you get a chargeback its a $50 fee and you lose the sale money too. Which fucking blows hard
 
Bitcoin can be a good option, many sites are starting using it now, there is no chargeback for Bitcoin. Once many sites are using bitcoin this mean that is the near future it will be a great option for everything. I'm already sticking with it.
 
ccnow is $40 signup fee, 4.9% plus 0.40 per transaction. don't know how reliable they are but their fees are good. I am about to sign up with them myself. They accept PP without the seller needing a PP acct which is what I was looking for.

I've done a ton of business through 2CO, in the 6 digits and have only received 2 chargebacks. Shouldn't really be a big problem.
They also have a chargeback department I think ,to help you fight it.

i have same problem i cant make paypal business acc in my country i need alternative sites like 2checkout ask for business documents
