Are there any good checkout companies that take paypal payments? 2Checkout does. But I would rather not use them because they want far too much information from me to start taking orders.

Any alternatives?

Plimus are okay as well, although there are some horror stories out there.

2CO are pretty good, though.

Avoid PayProGlobal :)
 
2checkout is good, high fees at the start but later when they see you have a low refund rate, good service etc, they will be willing to lower it (or if you can provide proof of your past earnings with another company and the refund rate amount etc).

Plimus is good but a bit high.

Avangate is another, but they pay I think 1 or 2 times a month instead of weekly.

2checkout is best as they don't refund the payments without your knowledge and its also hard for buyers to make fraudlent payments through them otherwise you can use plimus and swreg both are free and you can sell anything on them but there are so many fraudlent payments on them and they just refund the paymet without your knowledge.
 
How about squareup? Their rates are about the same as a regular merchant account, but they seem to have very lax requirements.
 
I have used 2co , they were good until i closed my account without any reason.their was no refund or customer claim against mine. But they closed mine and i asked for reason, they doesn't show any reason, only told me that they have right to close any account when ever they want.

You may check click2sell, I was considering them but eventually have finished with 2co.
 
I would say go with Moneybookers, that's a good option if you don't wanna go with Plimus or 2Checkout and if you are US based then you should try using Stripe
 
I've been using 2Checkout for a few years now, and although they have high fees, you can get them lowered. (I got mine lowered after going them huge sales / low refund rates and so on).

I would honesty say all the other alternatives are shit. 2checkout are probably the best in my opinion.

I've heard some good things about Avangate too but if you are looking for weekly payouts, 2CO is the best option.
 
Try to use GlobalPay.me , they offer virtual terminals that may be good for you.
 
Another plus for Plimus. 2CO is alright but it looks like you want an alternative. :)
