Why would they get blocked? Are you not able to maybe invoice them from your main account and then have a reason to transfer?
Or are you looking to not associate them with the main account?
As said before, get the debit cards and withdraw cash.
If you only have the card info, use them to purchase crypto at services like OWNR and Mercuryo.
If you dont have the cards, you need a ghost mail service to receive them and scan/upload the debit card info for you.
Since they have US routing/account numbers I wonder if you can write a check off them or initiate an ACH pull as well.

I think you just have to warm the account. Keep send around $50 to $100 to each other... Just transfering funds. It will be unlocked in 2 to 3 weeks. Best is to get USA Payoneer for final cash-out because Morocco Payoneer charges much in withdrawal or sending fund

To send money from one Payoneer account to another Payoneer account, the one that you are sending from should receive at least $100 from non-physical web organizations, like Fiverr, Freelancer, Upwork (I received mine from Steam, sold few skins).
In short, first, you must receive to be eligible to send to a Payoneer account. Another way is you can send to your local bank account from those 9 Payoneer accounts, which takes time and big commissions but doesn't require receiving $100 first. But if you want nothing but to send the funds to your main Payoneer, you have to receive $100 to each of these 9 accounts.

Also, sending to your local bank may be a bit confusing, like you have to add a receiver bank account and stuff, so take some time reading around. I would recommend sending $50 from one of the 9 accounts and wait until you receive it to your bank account (it will take 24-72 hrs, most likely). If everything goes smoothly, send the rest.

Like you said last week I sent 50$ to test and see what's gonna happen yesterday I received the money in my bank account.

Create a https://wise.com/invite/u/steno6 (aff link) account then add the Bank Info to your Payoneer Account and Withdraw To Bank... Now you just have to create 8 more WISE accounts. XD
After you're done with them (Payoneer), get as far away as you possibly can... I was in support chat for 2 hours until I gave up and called... Was in that phone call for over 2 hours until I finally could speak with a supervisor... They are super disrespectful... Being sent around from the first rep to the next and during it all I had to explain my whole situation to EVERY. GOT. DAMN. SUPPORT REP. It was disgusting...
I had not used Payoneer for almost a year. Then I loaded my acc with $150 because I had no other withdrawal options from this particular POD Company. Then Payoneer took $135 from the $150... I contacted them and asked about it. It was a debt that I already sorted over a year ago with them. When I told them I don't owe any more money they checked their system, and sure enough, I didn't owe them shit. But I still have to wait up to 48h for them to put my money back in my acc... But out they went like a christmas tree in spring!
