I dunno if this belongs here but I can't find a more suitable place to post it. So here it goes...

I have been using Payoneer for years now, I think since 2010 if I'm not mistaken. I got approved for the Global Payment Service and was told that as long as I received direct payments from partners I can use the US bank account to withdraw from my Paypal account as well. Fast forward to last month when Payoneer held a transfer from my own Paypal for review. I provided the details and screenshots they asked for and the payment went through after a couple days of back and forth.

Today I received en email that a transfer I initiated yesterday morning could not be delivered, and is being returned to Paypal within 7 to 10 days because my access to Payoneer's Global Payment Service has been discontinued.

I never received any communication regarding my account and my access to the GPS prior to today. And that's my problem with this whole situation. I understand being reviewed because of government and MC regulations and whatnot. But if you are revoking my access please take the time to notify me beforehand. Do not wait until I transfer funds to refuse them and THEN email me about it.

Payoneer has always been good to me, that much I admit. But my opinion of them has changed because of this experience. The refusal of the funds and having to wait up to 10 days to find out what's gonna happen to them is more than a nuisance for me. I got bills to pay and mouths to feed you know?

If anyone has dealt with this before, did you get the funds back into your Paypal balance? After some Googling it seems there is a chance the funds won't show up again, but I'm not sure how accurate those reports are.

It doesn't belong here, as it's not a BHW matter.

I'll move it to Business Advice.

Thanks! I wasn't sure where to post it.

To me, Payoneer is a bigger pain than PayPal.

Unfortunately that does seem to be the case as of late. I am gonna stop using them after this debacle.

Instant payments, better and instant support, less documentation required, better interface, points etc.
So for this is a bigger pain than GayPal?

You can't fund your own Payoneer! Why have you made that transfer in the first place?

I have been doing it for years. They even accepted a Paypal transfer back in January after reviewing it. I remember very clearly being told that I could transfer funds out of my Paypal using the US virtual bank account as long as I'm getting payments to that same account from approved partners. And my Paypal is even listed as a funding source in my Payoneer account. Something must've changed this year.

That being said, my gripe is with revoking my access to the GPS w/o any prior notification. They could've told me back in January to stop transferring funds out of my Paypal account if it was an issue since they clearly saw what I was doing. But they chose to wait until I initiated a new transfer for them to cancel it THEN tell me my access was discontinued. Better communication would've saved everybody a lot of headache.

There is something wrong here. I am not saying you did something wrong, I've been doing the same thing as you transfering from my paypal to payoneer up until last year. Your case just made all my spyder senses go wild, I will be doing some transfer from paypal to payoneer maybe in two weeks, lets see how it goes.

pretty sure it is mastercard to blame and not payoneer
i did a withdraw once close to a remote country and my card got locked, when contacted they told me that its up to mastercard and not us so i had to wait few days

Are you providing any SMM services?

Nothing of the sort.

Yeah I understand this whole thing is out of Payoneer's control. But I simply expected better communication instead of allowing me to continue using the service and then revoke access out of the blue.

Not sure what you're on about man. I have nothing to gain here, I'm simply venting really. Plus I wanted to leave a record of my experience here in case it saves someone else some potential headache in the future. But if your transfers have never been reviewed then I guess you're fine for now.
