I dunno if this belongs here but I can't find a more suitable place to post it. So here it goes... I have been using Payoneer for years now, I think since 2010 if I'm not mistaken. I got approved for the Global Payment Service and was told that as long as I received direct payments from partners I can use the US bank account to withdraw from my Paypal account as well. Fast forward to last month when Payoneer held a transfer from my own Paypal for review. I provided the details and screenshots they asked for and the payment went through after a couple days of back and forth. Today I received en email that a transfer I initiated yesterday morning could not be delivered, and is being returned to Paypal within 7 to 10 days because my access to Payoneer's Global Payment Service has been discontinued. I never received any communication regarding my account and my access to the GPS prior to today. And that's my problem with this whole situation. I understand being reviewed because of government and MC regulations and whatnot. But if you are revoking my access please take the time to notify me beforehand. Do not wait until I transfer funds to refuse them and THEN email me about it. Payoneer has always been good to me, that much I admit. But my opinion of them has changed because of this experience. The refusal of the funds and having to wait up to 10 days to find out what's gonna happen to them is more than a nuisance for me. I got bills to pay and mouths to feed you know? If anyone has dealt with this before, did you get the funds back into your Paypal balance? After some Googling it seems there is a chance the funds won't show up again, but I'm not sure how accurate those reports are.
