Newbie here which first time using Payoneer, i have requested a card yesterday but am not sure does i can withdraw the money from my local ATM's, are there other methods to withdraw from payoneer?

why can't you withdraw from ATMs ? You can withdraw from any ATM that has Mastercard logo. Most ATMs support them.
if you prefer other methods you can withdraw to your bank account.

Once you receive the card you will need to activate it. Once active, you can use it anywhere you could use a MasterCard, both online and offline at stores, restaurants, etc.
However, it is still a 'prepaid card' so some websites may not accept it, and if you try withdrawing at an atm and you don't have enough money on the card, it may eat the card (i.e. not give it back, so you have to contact the atm bank if this happens). So always make sure that you have enough money before you withdraw from atm.

You may also withdraw to your bank account from Payoneer. You can add multiple bank accounts to a single Payoneer account.

Is there withdraw fee from ATM's ?

Is there withdraw fee from ATM's ?

Yes, but you have to check the rates on Payoneer. The atm withdrawal fee is pretty high (I think around $3) so you should try to withdraw in larger sums and less often, instead of small sums frequently..
