Does Payoneer have only account with debit card? doesn't it have a normal virtual bank account like paxum, netteller, paypal and all others with which you are not forced to get the mastercard and paying the annual fee? From the registration procedure it looks quite clear there is not other option which surprise me a lot since I see the lack of this feature a big weak point.
