Payoneer Payment Being Processed - How Long Does it take for You ?

I have received some payments in my Payoneer account, and it's been 5 days or so but when I check the status, it says " Payment being processed "
Should I contact their support or it's normal for payments to take that long before they are deposited?

Considering it's Sunday, which is still the weekend, the 5 days already went down to 3 business days. If i'm not mistaken the procession time can take up to 5 business days.

What kind of payments were they, how were they sent? Payoneer to Payoneer, external CC to Payoneer, ACH transfer from a company? The procession time for these can vary highly. Payoneer to Payoneer, ACH should be fast, other transfers can take considerably longer.

Thanks, I think they were sent with CC . I was used to paypal so all this processing thing is new to me.
 
Usually payments are processed within 24hrs, if it takes more than 2 business Days you most certainly need to contact support.

You think? So you dont know?

If they sent it with CC means you sent them a payment request.

If they sent to your Payoneer email then its a Payo-to-Payo payment.

If you gave them your VBA (virtual bank account) info to send the money, whether USD, EUR or GBP, then its like a bank transfer.

Usually a couple of days and it will clear. In fact, payoneer will even tell you on the payslip by when you should expect the money to be in your account.

Yea, well, it's not PayPal.

Credit card payment: 2 calendar days. Bank transfer: 1-3 business days. ACH: 5 business days, which is weird, because i always got those in a day. Payoneer to Payoneer: 2 hrs.

There's an important note though:
"The "Payment Received Within (Estimated)" seen above refers to the average amount of time it takes for a payment to be available in the receivers account balance once it is reviewed and approved. It is important to note that each payment is unique and the review and approval time can vary depending on the circumstances of each payment."

If they sent it with CC means you sent them a payment request.

I sent them payment requests, so they made payment via CC.

Thanks for sharing this, payments were made with a Credit card, so I'm waiting.
 
I would suggest you should contact the support.

They delay the payments because they required documents from the sender if they are using the Payoneer for the first time.

So don't wait, open a ticket and see what they say.
 
It takes about 9 to 10 days , if not then contact support asap !
 
Doesn't it say on the Payoneer payslip something like this?

Dear [YOU]

[CUSTOMER]'s payment of 300.00 USD should be in your Payoneer account by 10/12/2021.*

Client ( sender ) said he uses payoneer frequently to send or receive money,so it's not his first time.
I'll give it till tomorrow and then I'll contact support.
 
I'm sure they will ask for some documents since it's from paypal and first time

And @seojen , you mentioned that it shows as "Payment being processed" : In that case, no need to contact their support : you would receive that payment in another 3 to 4 BUSINESS days.

It says like this instead:

Dear ...
Your payment from .... for the following payment request is being processed.

Payment was made on Feb 15.
