i got a 2 years old payoneer account and just a few months back i've tried to apply at payoneer us payment service to link at my PayPal account to my payoneer master debitcard but it's been several months and weeks since my application i've already given them the details and info they want to get from me but after that i didn't get any reply i've tried to send several tickets at their support but unfortunately i haven't got any response

You need to reach a certain level of activity - you can keep receiving payments, after which you will see the service become available.

The main use of your card is to receive payments from our official partners. We cannot manually enable the private loading service.

Most likely your total payment volume has not yet reached a limit in which you are eligible for the private loading service. Please continue to receive payments, and you will eventually become eligible to use the service.

Also, I want to be able to receive payments from skrill to payoneer. Any way I can activate this?

I need help. I have an account with you. I am using Global Bank Transfer so I have added my bank details.

Whenever I have to connect the account with any merchant, I can't. The link given by the merchant ask for card number and I don't have it. So I have to contact your support and tell them to add that merchant to my account. They have added one merchant in past. But they are very slow. I need to add one (actually two) merchant so I had emailed the support on 22nd July. Today 25th July and still I am waiting for the reply. Can you help me and tell me how can I connect my account with any merchant without any card details? I am using Global Bank Transfer so I guess there is NO need to buy the card. Am I right?

Can I use your Payoneer card to withdrawal money from my Amazon aff account balance? I heard that I can use Payoneer to set up an US based bank account and withdraw money to that US bank account then use Payoneer card to withdrawal money in my country.
