@Skyrocketseo: Your US Payment Service has been verified - The payment of $0.00 was a verification payment sent by Amazon. They did actually send a test transfer of $0.00 to confirm that the account on file is active.

@sk8tavou: It's possible that the live chat service was closed but that the image did not properly update (and still showed as open). Please let me know if it happens again.

I get this message: "You cannot add a bank at this time." when trying to add First Century Bank which is connected to Payoneer to PayPal. I read there are some troubles with that recently, is there a solution coming up?

Yes, PayPal has been experiencing technical issues related to users trying to add new bank accounts. This is for all users, and is not related to Payoneer.

You can try calling PayPal support and requesting that they manually add the account for you, or asking them when the issue is estimated to be resolved.

Unfortunately, no, as the issue is not related to Payoneer but regulations imposed by the Reserve Bank of India.

I think the live chat is only for customers or may be they were offline.

Live chat is open to everyone but I was updated that we had a technical issue last week in which the image on the live chat button was showing "online" even when no operators were available. It has been resolved, and I do apologize for the confusion.

Both the sender and receiver need to have received at least (1) payment to their account before they can begin using the card to card transfer service.

Payoneer is not associated with PayPal, we only provide you with payment solutions that allow you to withdraw from your PayPal account. Note that if PayPal is not available in your country or if you don't have a valid PayPal account you will be unable to use the service - you need to have a valid PayPal account with the option to withdraw via US ACH transfer.

You can also use Payoneer to receive payments from thousands of companies around the world that we work with, and in addition the US Payment Service with other US companies listed here.

It's been more than 3 months since I withdraw my earnings from clickbank to my Payoneer account but until now I haven't receive the said FREE $25. I joined under Fiverr's link.

In order to qualify for a Refer a Friend you need to:

1) Sign up using a Refer a Friend link (if you signed up via Fiverr this does not qualify)
2) Receive at least $100 in total payments to your account
