I signed up under a ref link, so I got 25$ bonus, but it's active only after I add at least 100$ to my account. Since first payment for a year is about 30$, I'll basically get by with 5$?

I'm not quite sure that I understand your question. You earn a $25 bonus for signing up via our Refer a Friend program, however this is unrelated to the card's pricing and fees.

Please can i withdraw my paypal funds to my Payoneer debit card? Even though my personal details are not related, i have the payoneer US routing bank account.

If you have a valid PayPal account that supports withdrawal of funds to a US account, and you have been approved for Payoneer's US Payment Service, you will be able to withdraw funds from PayPal to Payoneer.

Yes, US residents with a Payoneer account can also sign up for the US Payment Service.

Hey Nissim, I'd like to ask you something..
I'm from a non-supported country for Paypal, so I used my Payoneer card to create one with the address one of your colleagues gave me. The thing is that I can't verify my identity now, as my address in paypal and in my documents (id, passport, driving license) is not the same..

Could you please provide me with a solution?

Hi,

I'm not sure what you mean - Payoneer does not provide addresses to be used for PayPal verification. In order to use our service with PayPal, you need to have a valid PayPal account with the option to withdraw to a US account. If PayPal does not support your country, you would unfortunately not be able to use our service to withdraw from PayPal.

You can still use your Payoneer card to get paid from any of our official partners, or using our US Payment Service with other approved US companies.

The Payoneer card can be used at ATMs in India, simply the RBI (Reserve Bank of India) prohibits non-Indian companies from issuing cards to Indian residents.

Hey m8! I ordered a Payoneer card 5 days ago. How much would it take for it to arrive in Romania? It says that the card is estimated to arrive between 27 May 2013 and 03 Jun 2013. Will it actually take that long? Because I need it as soon as possible..

Actual shipping times depend on the speed of your local postal system, though international shipping can take up to 28 business days.

We do offer an expedited shipping option via DHL, however there is an additional cost involved. If you're interested in DHL shipping please send me a PM and I'll be happy to assist you.

I've created a paypal account based on the payoneer card mate. I've red in your site that if you have a problem with being unacepted in paypal, you offer a solution via the payoneer card. I also did a live chat with one of the guys who work there, and they assured me everything would be ok..
