Just recently i began using the US Payment Service and it is absolutely great. However i am having a question that i wasn't able to find an answer in your FAQ - is there any loading limits for it? Daily/Monthly limit? And max loading amount at once?

There's no loading limit for payments received via the US Payment Service, or from any of our partners (which are companies/sites that pay with Payoneer).

The card itself has an available balance limit, which is mainly for security reasons. Your account has no balance limit, and as you spend with the card it's automatically funded from your available balance (assuming there are additional funds available on the account).

There are no maintenance fees for the US Payment Service, and signing up is free of charge. The cost is 1% of each payment received using the service.

To answer your questions:

a) To sign up as a Payoneer partner and begin sending payments to your payees, you need to have a registered company. It does not have to be incorporated in the US, it can be other countries as well. The vast majority of countries are accepted, unless it's specifically prohibited by US law.

b) We work with companies and businesses of all sizes, so it can be anywhere from 5-10 payees and up to thousands+.

Card applications take several business days to review. Shipping time depends on your country and local postal system, though we generally estimate US shipping to be 7-10 business days and international to be 15-25 business days.

Hey guys i received my USA bank account from payoneer and a card,i added that usa bank account to my paypal.In order to verify that bank acc pp deposited 2 times to it and wants me to add the values which were deposited.Where do i get that statment from the bank? Will it come on payoneer by msg,or it will come to my mail registered with payoneer or i need to call the bank ?

Payoneer is a top notch company. I have worked with them for several years, and since they implemented the US Payment service that one of their reps got me into back in beta, i have been a dedicated fan. Recommending them wholeheartedly.

I have a problem, my payooner and my us bank account is under my brother name but my paypal is under my name. Can I cashout from paypal to the bank account with no problems?
Im underage so I can't put the payoneer or the bank acc under my name and all the money is in MY paypal account.And I can't create another paypal account under my brother name because of Country restrictions (Can't make payments between 2 people from Argentina)

How can I solve this problem?

Payoneer works well if you need to pay others or have affiliates. I currently use them to pay out affiliates, only limitation is a cap of $35K per card, some affiliates need 2 cards ;-) (yes I am serious)
They do charge you to transfer money from your account to your card ($5 I think it is now), but you can also take money from the card as cash at ATM's and anybody that takes MC will take this card anywhere in the world that I have been.
Yes someone somewhere always has a problem with every product, but they at least have support and if you contact them they help work it out.
