y you don't accept indians?

This is not a restriction set by Payoneer, but with the RBI (Reserve Bank of India). They prohibit all non-Indian companies from issuing debit/credit cards to Indian residents.

We do offer a global bank transfer service that supports India. If you're working with a partner of ours that offers this service, you will be able to receive direct bank transfers to your bank account in India via Payoneer. We send the payments as local transfers, which means you're getting the funds from a local bank in India, in INR.

Can i know the fee for ATM withdraw and for purchase online :-)

Cheers,
Nik

There is no transaction fee for online or in stores purchases. For cash withdrawals, there is a charge of up to $3.15 (exact charge would be listed on your My Account page, and may vary per partner).

One thing I'll say about Nissim, I've read a lot about payoneer on other forums and stuff before I noticed this thread here, and he's about the best customer service representative I've ever seen, answers questions and stays on top of things in a number of places.

I've got no questions at the moment but I may soon, wife is expecting a card between Apr 2 and Apr 9 ... hopefully it'll all run as smooth as I've read it works all over the internet.

Thanks! Really glad to hear that :)

If you or your wife require any assistance with the new card, or have any general questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Hi, I have a payoneer card and it works great and helped me a lot through this years, I have a question is it possible to get another payoneer card even if you have one already? my card is set to expire by december of this year.

Hi,

Very nice from you to communicate so simply with your customers! :)

I was wondering if we can easily transfer money from a Payoneer account to a paypal account?

Because I live in Belgium, I am doing some CPA with US network and they can pay on a payoneer account, then I would like to transfer the money on my paypal account, if possible.

thanks

If your PayPal account supports adding a debit card, you can add your Payoneer card. You can then use the Payoneer card to make purchases with PayPal, which will allow you to use your Payoneer account balance with PayPal.

2-3 months prior to your card's expiration date, you will see a notice in your My Account page prompting you to order a new card. While the new card is being sent, your current card will remain active, so that you do not experience any downtime. Once you receive and activate the new card, the old card will automatically be disabled and all funds/payment methods will be automatically transferred to the new card.

We currently allow only (1) card per person.

Ok thanks, but just to clarify : If I transfer the money from payoneer to my paypal, that's for withdrawing my paypal balance to my local bank account. Is this process possible? (payoneer >> paypal >> local bank acc)

You would need to confirm that with PayPal, to see if they allow funding of the actual PayPal account via debit card (Rather than just using the debit card to complete purchases).

Also note that Payoneer is planning to introduce a card to bank transfer service in the next several months. The service will allow you to withdraw your Payoneer card balance directly to your bank account in over 200 countries and 50 currencies.

We will make an announcement with further details once we're closer to launching the service.

Then I'll just wait for the notice in my account then. I have another question, I have also a US payment service, will I be able to accept bank deposit from other people? or only from companies that is affiliated with Payoneer?

Can I use your card in Buenos Aires - Argentina? I heard I can open a bank account in the US with the payoneer card and withdraw the money from paypal to the card (And then use an atm for the cash)
Is that true?

You can use the service to receive payments only from select US companies, listed here: http://www.payoneer.com/USPService.aspx

Yes, you can certainly use the card in Argentina. In fact, we have thousands of account holders currently doing so. There is a long thread about Payoneer in Argentina on our official forum, you should check it out.

The US Payment Service is a payment solution that allows you to receive payments for business done online, such as affiliate networks, freelancing, software/app development, sale of goods/services, and more. The service is not intended as a solution to receive personal funds.

The way it works is we provide you with a prepaid debit card, that has an associated US account/routing number. You can then use this US Payment Service number to receive payments from select US companies, such as PayPal, Amazon, Apple, Clickbank, and many others.

Please email me at davidst{at}payoneer[dot]com and I will send you the questionnaire for the US Payment Service.

You can withdraw from paypal to Payoneer with our US Payment Service. If you are experiencing difficulties feel free to email me at davidst{at}payoneer[dot]com and I will look into your situation further.

When will you allow ACH transfers from one of the Bitcoin exchangers that utilize that service?

Just recently i began using the US Payment Service and it is absolutely great. However i am having a question that i wasn't able to find an answer in your FAQ - is there any loading limits for it? Daily/Monthly limit? And max loading amount at once?

Thanks in advance Payoneer!

Hi,

Payoneer has some great community forums - I grabbed this text off it

"The limit for the Payoneer Card is 10K, however for your Payoneer account there is no limit. When the card dips under 10K, it will automatically be reloaded by the funds you have in your account."

I use Payoneer and the US Payment Service, and I must say I don't know what I'd do without them.

My first Paypal --> Payoneer transfer took a bit longer than expected, but now its down to just over 24 hours.

I'm def going to set something up to refer more people to get this card, because I feel it is a service always worth having.

Payoneer is great, they handle my direct deposit requests within one day from having it sent from the source! +1 for Payoneer.
