Payoneer no longer supported on fiverr!

I wanted to withdraw my earnings from fiverr, however I could not see any withdrawal option to payoneer. I contacted fiverr customer care and this is their reply:

Hi there,

Thank you for contacting us. I checked for you, and unfortunately, it appears that the Fiverr Revenue Card is no longer in support in India. May I recommend that you contact https://payoneer.custhelp.com/ at this point, as Payoneer is the primary service provider for the Fiverr Revenue Card.

What the f? How the hell am I supposed to withdraw my earnings?

I think maybe its because of your country. I am from Pakistan and I see "payoneer" option available for me.

Ok, the fiverr customer service reply is ridiculous though! They should be suggesting alternative ways to withdraw instead of just saying that the payoneer option is not available! Ridiculous!
